Never heard of him.

edit: http://fractalsponge.net/

I think his models will break my computer...lol. But they're brilliant.

Mine too. But would I love to see some of them ingame.

I think they'd crash the game. We'd need to gut them to get them working.

I wouldn't doubt it. I've sort of thought of taking some of them and putting them toward X3. Those models would probably do well in that game.

No guys you're missing the point - these ships are obviously high poly, but you can calculate the normalmaps from the them and build LODs afterwards....thats the whole point of doing insanely high poly models like this 1st XD lol

He's already put a few up for free at scifi3d.com, if you wanna boot them up (if you can XD)

scifi3d.com! Thanks Scrib! Thats where I found Mos Espa! I've been looking for the site for a while now and couldn't for the life of me remember the addy. There's some great buildings for Tatooine scene there as well. I think Zaxx was doing Mos Eisley and was looking for some models.

Np mate, and not to mention the fact that the ships models there are gorgeous - if you have the chance look up Howard day's models too (piranhaman) really sweet stuff, he's on wayofthepixel.net too

Yeah, with that amount of details there isn't even much of a need for a texture... Just render to texture with shadows and specular maps on

Yes, put it in the mod as an addon. Hell, just a base would be good enough for me.

Actually you're right, all you'd need is to add dirt and glowmaps XD
