Pretty much finished FLHook 2.0.0 and ported our main plugin to it. Dropped (MP) Scripted Mission support for now because there is no way we can implement them properly until release (let alone code actual missions).

What level FXAA has been implemented and is it possible to alter the level client-side?

E.g. I'd prefer to use Preset0 on my laptop, but Preset4 for max quality.

I decided to have another go at shadows and I got them to render in a stable way! Phew!

- Graphics features clean up
- Video/Filming enhancements
