Detail maps now back in. Planets are now considered feature matched with what we had previously.

Used w0dk4's latest hacks to fix shadow stability and increase performance by a significant amount. Performance improvements allowed reintroduction of asteroid shadows.

Updated planet shader to support shadowing. Multiple tweaks to rendering. Implemented better culling and automatic LODs for planets.

I should've updated this a lot of times but forgot so I did stuff for a few months. Also other stuff.
