Tentative shadow refactoring (performance improvements, works across all ships now). Tentative equipment regeneration feature added. Hyperdrive path calculations (entry/exit) completed.

Cascaded shadow maps fully implemented at interactive framerates. Fixed draw order for stars. Began explosion rebuild. Fixed weapon explosion drift. Rebuilt glow postprocess. Major cleanup of graphics code in progress. Major cleanup of the Forge. Completed system redesign. Began system reconstruction of Bastion.
