Machinery from 3,000+ years before this timeline would never have survived anyway and doesn't fit the lore. Even ships from WWII have been sunk, scrapped and used for weapons testing directly following the conflict so realistically it would be unlikely for the military to keep these around in any capacity save a mothball fleet or museum.

how does free fire turrets work? what the F button is default bounded to. i dont understand how that works. and a few commands that might come in handy that most people dont know, like by putting in

%hud gravwells

shows a blue aura around a planet to show where you cant jump to(though its quite difficult to use cause you cant pin point the edge or distance to hyperspace to by using the waypoint system.

Press 'H' to switch to turret mode. Your keypad keys move your ship in this mode btw and 'Shift+ScrollWheel' will adjust your speed.

This toggles ion cannons.

It is my understanding that the gravwells command may be added to key bindings but since there are so many macro programs out there and keyboards with macros, etc, that is pretty low in the priority list I would imagine.

Holding 'F' locks your maneuvering and allows you to fire freely. Try it.

Reason is quite simple: Our mod is set in 12 ABY, these ships were not around in 12 ABY.



Yes, BUT they are Reeeeaaaalllyyy Cool and re msny people's favorite era (aatleast its mine, Darth malgus is my hero)

well you can atleast have an excuse like some space time distortion, maybe you can buy them at raxus prime or ruined ones from Korriban?

Considering that the mod has quite the Lore backing it, I doubt that they'll do any Old Republic Era ships - even as easter eggs - any time soon. You'd be looking at 2 years down the track if they even decide to do it.

Even now, there's a lot more pressing things to do at hand. While I agree some of the Old Republic ships are amazing, it doesn't make sense for them to be here.

While I agree those ships are awesome, it would definitely ruin the immersion level of the setting. That would be like walking around in a city, and then seeing a roman solider in full garb walking around as if nothing is wrong or abnormal. Drastic illustration, but you catch my drift. Having ships thousands of years old would detract from the goal and setting.

And please... don't involve time distortions or black holes to justify it. That would create soooo many more problems. Ha. Otherwise i'll just call in the Starforge and say "screw factions and cooperation, I have the Starforge and I can make all the caps I want".

It would be a little worse then that, it'd be like the Roman soldier appearing on the battlefield next to a modern main battle tank and expecting to stand up against them. :P

I would like to ask will there be a Imperial II-class frigate cause i didnt saw it on the Imperial ship list

Lancer-class Frigate - Medium Frigate
EF76 Nebulon-B - Heavy Frigate
